Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

VPN - Fast & Unlimited is operated by Jarski LLC. By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using the app or service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the license to the iOS/iPadOS app unless Apple presents other applicable license terms. These Terms separately govern the VPN service and related features.

2. Eligibility and territory

The initial App Store release is offered in the United States. You may use the service only if you can legally enter into these Terms, are not prohibited from receiving the service, and comply with laws that apply to you. The service is general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

3. Permission to use the service

Subject to these Terms, Jarski LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the service for lawful purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the app, service, branding, documentation, or other intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions on, or create derivative works from the service except where prohibited by law or permitted by an applicable open-source license.

4. Accountless device access

The app does not require a conventional email-and-password account. Access may be associated with randomized customer, installation, and device identifiers, Apple App Attest records, and a WireGuard public key. You are responsible for reasonable control of your device.

Jarski LLC may reject, suspend, revoke, rotate, or require re-registration of access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, expired entitlement, legal compliance, service integrity, or recovery from a damaged configuration.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person's rights;
• distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, scan or interfere with systems without permission, or evade legitimate security controls;
• send spam or engage in fraud, harassment, exploitation, abuse, or infringement;
• attack, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the service, authentication, rate limits, regional access rules, or device controls;
• use device credentials or cryptographic keys you are not authorized to control;
• resell or commercially redistribute access without written permission; or
• create material security, legal, or operational risk for Jarski LLC or its providers.

6. VPN capabilities and limitations

A VPN can protect network traffic between your device and the VPN server. It does not make you completely anonymous, secure every app or account, prevent every form of tracking or malware, correct unsafe device settings, or guarantee access to any site or service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular speed or latency, compatibility with every device or network, a particular server location, or access to specific content. The product name does not promise unlimited capacity, unrestricted access, or particular performance.

7. Free and Premium service

The service may provide Free and Premium access. Available locations and their Free or Premium classification are determined by the service and may change. Premium unlocks locations identified as Premium; it does not guarantee faster throughput.

The exact features presented in the app and App Store control. No free trial, Family Sharing, or fixed number of supported devices is promised unless Apple and the app expressly display that offering.

8. Apple subscriptions

Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions may be offered through Apple's App Store. Prices and billing periods are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refunds; deleting VPN service data does not cancel an Apple subscription.

No free trial or Family Sharing is currently offered. Access is determined from verified Apple transaction information and the service's entitlement rules.

9. Advertising

Eligible Free users may see advertising through Google Mobile Ads, with Google's consent tooling used where applicable. Advertising operates only in the main app under the eligibility and consent rules in the Privacy Policy. Ads are not shown while the VPN is connected or transitioning, or while subscription status is unresolved. Premium suppresses ads while the service authoritatively confirms an active Premium entitlement.

The initial advertising configuration is contextual and non-personalized by publisher policy, does not automatically request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not condition VPN access on advertising consent. Where applicable, you may review available consent choices through the app's Privacy Options.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes processing, providers, retention, security, and privacy requests. The service is not designed to store VPN traffic contents, DNS-query history, browsing or destination history, or per-user bandwidth history. Network information must nevertheless be processed to route VPN traffic.

11. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, network conditions, third-party outages, emergencies, legal requirements, or security concerns. Jarski LLC may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, servers, regions, protocols, Free access, Premium access, or the service, subject to applicable law and Apple's subscription rules.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Jarski LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, breach, discontinuation, or protection of users, Jarski LLC, or third parties.

Termination of VPN access does not itself cancel Apple billing. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Third-party services

The service depends on Apple, hosting and network providers, domain and security providers, and internet infrastructure. When advertising is enabled, Google may provide advertising and consent services. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply. Jarski LLC does not control third-party products, networks, content, or actions outside its reasonable control.

14. Intellectual property

The service, website, app, branding, and Jarski LLC-created materials are owned by Jarski LLC or its licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licenses. You may not use service branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Jarski LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, security, and performance.

Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not rely on the service for emergency, safety-critical, or legally mandated connectivity.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarski LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service availability arising from the service. Nothing limits liability where unlawful.

17. Changes

Jarski LLC may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated appropriately when required. If you disagree, stop using the service and manage any Apple subscription separately.

18. General provisions and disputes

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without permission; Jarski LLC may assign these Terms in a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar transaction.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Jarski LLC agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue through the contact address below. These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws that govern Jarski LLC's organization and operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. A dispute must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over Jarski LLC and the dispute. Nothing in this paragraph removes a non-waivable consumer right or remedy.

These Terms, Apple's applicable app-license terms, the Privacy Policy, and purchase terms shown by Apple constitute the agreement concerning the relevant app and service.
